CPD Concierge was founded by a family passionate about service, systems, and supporting the people who care for the communities.
We noticed a common theme among doctors and health workers in our own networks. CPD was confusing, time-consuming, and often left until the last minute. There were too many logins, too many rules, annually changing regulations, and not enough time.
We saw the opportunity to change that.

Melanie is a practicing radiologist and the founder of CPD Concierge. Frustrated by the time-consuming and fragmented process of managing CPD requirements, she created CPD Concierge to simplify compliance for busy medical professionals. Her clinical experience and first-hand understanding of the healthcare industry have helped shape this service’s practical, doctor-focused approach.
Dr Raymond Ho
Project Manager
Raymond leads the technical development and strategic direction of CPD Concierge. He manages platform design, automation tools, and digital integrations, ensuring the service remains user-friendly, secure, and aligned with client needs. He also oversees project planning and innovation.
Roxana Fuentes
Operations
Roxana oversees the day-to-day operations of CPD Concierge, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for every client. With a strong focus on organisation, communication, and service delivery, she manages client onboarding, CPD tracking processes, and ensures that all documentation is handled with care and accuracy.
Gabriel Lau
Accounts
